Introducing a focused Race Equity Training course designed to combat discrimination in the workplace. Race Aware is a program that provides a foundational understanding of race issues and systemic racism in the workplace. Presented in a comprehensible and non-judgmental manner, it serves as an optimal platform for organisations aiming to boost Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.

This training offers a strategic approach for organisations to enlighten multiple team members within a concise time frame, ensuring that Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion principles are understood and implemented. Guided by a Person of Colour with lived experience and also White Allies supported by People of Colour, this course not only imparts knowledge but also brings authenticity, allowing participants to witness race and racism through the genuine lens of someone who’s faced these issues first-hand.

With a blend of captivating content, interactive activities, critical facts, data, videos, and valuable reading resources, our training ensures you’re equipped to become a better ally. Our mission is to guide you on both personal and professional levels, helping you navigate the challenges faced by People of Colour due to racial biases and how that plays out in the workplace

We’ll also examine common stressors and mental health challenges that disproportionately affect People of Colour as direct consequences of racism. Dive deep into the intricate layers of racism, from its subtle to overt manifestations in society and workplaces. At the conclusion, we inspire each participant to embrace their role in this journey by taking a proactive anti-racism pledge, reinforcing their commitment to being a change agent in their circles.
