Richie –
I thought this was informative, interactive (which I really value on a learning course) and empowering – a very helpful course and I would be keen to continue my learning on this subject with the full 2-day course in the future.

Thanks Riche It was a very helpful introduction.
Of course there is a limit to what can be covered within only four hours. Yet we did cover quite a bit.
The materials were very good and the exercises helpful.I did feel there was more in the booklet that I would have liked to have covered. On balance I would have preferred much less time on the get to know you (i.e. the first hour) and the last section (which felt a bit rushed and incomplete). You had a lot of energy and passion and that was infectious. Thanks a lotTim

I feel the course is just a beginning. More readings and learning are required for me to be able to help myself and others better.

Very needed course. I wasn’t aware of such an importance and commonality of mental health issues in society. Thank you, this course was important. Also, the leader of the course, Richie was very good at explaining all aspects (but we were limited by the time, sadly).
